It’s no coincidence you arrived here...
Something in you is asking for more.
Not more effort. Not more discipline.
But something deeper.
You may be functioning well on the surface, yet feel that something is missing.
Energy doesn’t fully return. Presence fades. Sleep is light.
Relationships feel strained. Sexuality and pleasure may feel distant.
Focus comes and goes.
Long-term stress affects everything.
Energy. Presence. Relationships. Sexuality. Pleasure. Sleep. Focus.
This is not a personal failure,
it’s a nervous system that has been under pressure for too long.

I work with body-based nervous system regulation to support people living with long-term stress.
Not by managing symptoms, but by addressing the underlying imbalance in the body and system.

Through calm, grounded work involving breath, body awareness, and therapeutic touch, I help the system settle and restore its natural capacity for stability, connection, and vitality.

My role is not to push change,
but to create a safe, steady space where the body can let go of control and come home to itself.
When this work may support you

You may find support here if everyday life feels harder to hold than before even if it looks fine on the outside.
This work may be helpful if you experience:
Chronic stress or tension, the body struggles to fully settle
Low or unstable energy, rest doesn’t fully restore you
Reduced presence, it’s harder to stay here and connected
Relational strain, increased reactivity, distance, or misunderstandings
Stress-related sexual challenges
– Men: premature ejaculation, performance pressure, erectile difficulties
– Women: pelvic tension, difficulty relaxing, reduced pleasure or loss of connection to desire
Reduced access to pleasure, sensation feels muted
Sleep difficulties, light, fragmented, or unrefreshing sleep
Fluctuating focus, concentration comes and goes
These are not personal failures, but signs of a nervous system under long-term load. This work focuses on restoring regulation, allowing energy, presence, connection, pleasure, rest, and focus to return naturally.

What happens in a session
Each session follows a calm, structured flow adapted to what your system needs in the moment.
The first session always includes a mapping of where you are right now. Together we look at relationships, bodily signals, patterns and emotional response, what feels stuck - and what is longing for change
Check-in & orientation

We begin with a short conversation.
You share what’s present, and we sense together what support is needed.

This is pressure-free and mutual.
Safety and fit come first.
Body-based work

We move into the body.
Depending on what your system needs, this may include:

-
Therapeutic touch or massage
-
Breathwork
-
Gentle movement or grounding practices

The pace is guided by your comfort, capacity, and nervous system.
Integration & landing

We slow down and let the body settle.
We make sure you feel grounded, clear, and regulated before ending.
If helpful, you receive simple practices to support integration in daily life.
The work is slow, attentive, and precise. Nothing is forced. Nothing is performed. We support the nervous system in restoring stability, presence, and capacity — over time.
About Sebastian

Supporting you in meeting everyday life with more presence
I work with people who feel that everyday life no longer fully adds up.
Often they are capable, responsible, and functioning, yet something feels off beneath the surface.

My work is grounded, practical, and body-based. I’m trained in Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and Tantra therapy, and I work with a deep understanding of how stress affects the body and nervous system.

I bring a calm, steady presence into the work, shaped by both personal experience and years of practice.
My role is to help you land in your body, restore regulation, and meet everyday life with more presence and ease in your pace.

Offerings
Each session follows a calm, structured flow adapted to what your system needs.
We begin with dialogue to clarify what’s present and needs to be adresed, move into body-based work such as breathwork, therapeutic touch or other activities, and end with integration. Allowing the system to settle and giving you practical tools to support regulation in everyday life.
